Collect customer feedback from Crisp

What is Crisp?

Crisp enables real-time customer support and communication through live chat, email, and messaging integration.

Why should you connect Crisp to Cycle: Key benefits

For product teams:

1. Leverage AI to analyze all Crisp data and discover actionable product insights.

2. Dig into product feedback based on customer data and create customer voice reports in no time.

3. Write PRDs with deep empathy and prioritize with confidence.

For support & success teams:

1. Effortlessly report feature requests, ideas and complaints to the product team.

2. Automatically receive updates on the status of each feedback item, all without leaving Crisp.

This means you can close feedback loops every time you ship something.

How the Crisp integration works

When a team member tags a conversation in Crisp, feedback is sent directly to your Cycle workspace. Choose to send entire conversations or specific messages. Use content templates and custom properties to easily tag feedback.

This integration also fetches company information from Crisp, providing the customer's metadata and context for each feedback item.

Quick setup

  1. Create an API Key: In Crisp, go to your settings and generate a new API key.
  2. Set Up Webhooks: In Crisp, create a new webhook to trigger on ticket creation with specific properties.
  3. Configure in Cycle: In Cycle, go to Integrations, select Crisp, and enter your Crisp API key and webhook URL.
  4. Test & Activate: Test the integration to ensure it's working correctly, then activate it.
