Collect customer feedback from Google Sheets

What is Google Sheets?

Google Sheets lets you create and share spreadsheets online for real-time collaboration and data analysis.

Why should you connect Google Sheets to Cycle: Key benefits

If you're already collecting form responses and other incoming feedback in a Google sheet, you can send that to your Cycle workspace. This way, your Google sheet data joins your other feedback sources (call recordings, Slack, support tickets, etc) in a single source of truth to build your voice-of-the-customer dashboards

Quick setup

  1. Create an API Key: In Google Sheets, go to your settings and generate a new API key.
  2. Set Up Webhooks: In Google Sheets, create a new webhook to trigger on ticket creation with specific properties.
  3. Configure in Cycle: In Cycle, go to Integrations, select Google Sheets, and enter your Google Sheets API key and webhook URL.
  4. Test & Activate: Test the integration to ensure it's working correctly, then activate it.

Import historical data from Google Sheets to Cycle

Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
