How the Rewatch integration works

When a call is recorded in Rewatch, the Cycle integration sends the call recording to your Cycle workspace along with call details such as transcript, speakers, and highlights. This creates a new feedback entry in Cycle, allowing users to extract product insights and further edit the entry as needed. You'll then get a dashboard with trends & patterns across all your call data

Quick setup

  1. Create an API Key: In Rewatch, go to your settings and generate a new API key.
  2. Set Up Webhooks: In Rewatch, create a new webhook to trigger on ticket creation with specific properties.
  3. Configure in Cycle: In Cycle, go to Integrations, select Rewatch, and enter your Rewatch API key and webhook URL.
  4. Test & Activate: Test the integration to ensure it's working correctly, then activate it.

Import historical data from Rewatch to Cycle

Use the feedback dropzone to import historical data from Rewatch. You can also use our Zapier integration or install our browser extension to highlight text from anywhere on the web and send it straight to your Cycle workspace.
