Collect customer feedback from BigQuery

What is BigQuery?

BigQuery lets you analyze large datasets quickly using SQL without needing to manage the underlying infrastructure.

Why should you connect BigQuery by Google to Cycle: Key benefits

Not all feedback is created equal. You need to weigh customer feedback based on customer attributes. Cycle allows you to sync customer data from BigQuery, enabling you to slice and dice your voice-of-the-customer dashboards and dive into specific customer segments.

Here’s a preview of the analyses you’ll be able to run:

  1. What problems and feature requests are expressed by our top-paying customers?
  2. What do our power users complain about?
  3. What bugs have been reported by customers scheduled for renewal in the next two months?

Quick setup

  1. Create an API Key: In BigQuery, go to your settings and generate a new API key.
  2. Set Up Webhooks: In BigQuery, create a new webhook to trigger on ticket creation with specific properties.
  3. Configure in Cycle: In Cycle, go to Integrations, select BigQuery, and enter your BigQuery API key and webhook URL.
  4. Test & Activate: Test the integration to ensure it's working correctly, then activate it.

Import historical data from BigQuery by Google to Cycle

Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
