How the tl;dv integration works

When a call is recorded in tl;dv, the Cycle integration sends the call recording to your Cycle workspace along with call details such as transcript, speakers, and highlights. This creates a new feedback entry in Cycle, allowing users to extract product insights and further edit the entry as needed. You'll then get a dashboard with trends & patterns across all your call data

Quick setup

  1. Create an API Key: In tl;dv, go to your settings and generate a new API key.
  2. Set Up Webhooks: In tl;dv, create a new webhook to trigger on ticket creation with specific properties.
  3. Configure in Cycle: In Cycle, go to Integrations, select tl;dv, and enter your tl;dv API key and webhook URL.
  4. Test & Activate: Test the integration to ensure it's working correctly, then activate it.

Import historical data from tl;dv to Cycle
