How the Loom integration works

When a team member or customer sends you a Loom recording with product feedback, simply paste the Loom link in Cycle's feedback island.

Cycle will fetch the video transcript automatically and process the feedback.

Import historical data from Loom to Cycle

Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
