Collect video calls from Zoom
What is Zoom?
Zoom is a versatile video conferencing tool that facilitates seamless virtual meetings, collaboration, and communication for distributed teams.
Why should you connect Zoom to Cycle: Key benefits
For product teams:
1. Leverage AI to analyze all Zoom data and discover actionable product insights.
2. Dig into product feedback based on customer data and create customer voice reports in no time.
3. Write PRDs with deep empathy and prioritize with confidence.
For sales & CS teams:
1. Effortlessly report call insights and feedback to the product team.
2. Automatically receive updates on the status of each feedback item, all without leaving Zoom.
This means you can close the feedback loop every time you ship something, making feedback reporting efficient and actionable.
How the Zoom integration works
When a team member records a call in Zoom, the recording is sent to Cycle.
In Cycle you'll find a new piece of feedback with: the meeting title, call transcript, meeting summary and product summary.
Quick setup
1. Go to Cycle’s settings and select the integrations tab, click "Add new," and choose Call recordings.
2. Log in to your Google Calendar account, authorize the integration.
3. In Cycle, click to your personal settings and define the meetings you want to record.
Import historical data from Zoom to Cycle
Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
