Collect customer feedback from Google Chat
What is Google Chat?
Google Chat enables team communication and collaboration through direct messaging and group conversations integrated with Google Workspace.
Why should you connect Google Chat to Cycle: Key benefits
For product teams:
- Easily capture feedback from a centralized #feedback channel or group chat in Google Chat.
- Automatically let stakeholders know that their feedback is valued & considered.
- Capture entire threads as feedback, media files included.
For sales & CS teams:
- Simply dump feedback in Google Chat, no change to your current workflow.
- Get automatic status updates from the product team when they release something related to your feedback.
How the Google Chat integration works
When a team member uses a specific command or reaction in Google Chat, feedback is sent directly to Cycle. You can capture entire threads or specific messages. Screenhots and files are captured too. CS & sales team can submit feedback on behalf of customers. Stakeholders will get notified when there's been a product update related to their feedback so they can close the loop with relevant customers.
