How the Chrome integration works
When a team member uses the Cycle Chrome extension, they can capture feedback directly from any web page. That feedback is sent to Cycle, where it gets categorized and tagged with custom properties.
The extension also captures screenshots and other contextual notes, providing comprehensive insights for each feedback item.
Quick setup
- Install the Cycle Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Log in to your Cycle account through the extension.
- Navigate to the web page where you want to capture feedback.
- Click the Cycle icon in the browser toolbar, enter feedback details, and submit.
- Your feedback is now sent to Cycle, where it is automatically organized and linked to the customer you indicayed.
Import historical data from Chrome to Cycle
Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
