How the Gong integration works

When a team member tags a call in Gong, feedback is sent directly to Cycle. You can choose to send entire call transcripts or specific excerpts, using custom properties to categorize feedback effectively. This integration also pulls in relevant company information from Gong, providing comprehensive context for each feedback item.

Quick setup

  1. Go to the Cycle’s settings and select the integrations tab, click "Add new," and choose Gong.
  2. Log in to your Gong account and authorize the integration.
  3. Configure the settings to specify what feedback to send and how to categorize it.
  4. Activate the integration, and Cycle will start importing Gong call data for streamlined feedback management.

Import historical data from Gong to Cycle

Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
