If you're already collecting form responses and other incoming feedback in a spreadsheet, you can send that to your Cycle workspace. This way, your spreadsheet data joins your other feedback sources (call recordings, Slack, support tickets, etc) in a single source of truth to build your voice-of-the-customer dashboards
Quick setup
- Create an API Key: In Excel spreadsheets, go to your settings and generate a new API key.
- Set Up Webhooks: In Excel spreadsheets, create a new webhook to trigger on ticket creation with specific properties.
- Configure in Cycle: In Cycle, go to Integrations, select Excel spreadsheets, and enter your Excel spreadsheets API key and webhook URL.
- Test & Activate: Test the integration to ensure it's working correctly, then activate it.
Import historical data from Excel spreadsheets to Cycle
Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
