How the Tally integration works

When a customer submits a new survey response (churn form, NPS score, beta waitlist, etc) through Tally, the survey response gets automatically pushed to Cycle. Cycle's AI will extract product insights from the survey result and map relevant quotes to your roadmap items.

The customer will get mapped to that feedback so the product team can reach out to the customer in case they need more context. This also helps the product team close the loop with customers once they ship something related to the customer's feedback.

Quick setup

  1. 1. Go to Zapier and start a new Zap the trigger "New survey response in Tally"
  2. 2. Connect the trigger to the Cycle action "Create feedback". You'll need to authenticate in both apps first to connect them.
  3. 3. Map the corresponding fields. You can use html tags to format incoming survey results as a rich text to send to Cycle.

    Import historical data from Tally to Cycle

    Use the feedback dropzone to import historical data from Tally. You can also use our Zapier integration or install our browser extension to highlight text from anywhere on the web and send it straight to your Cycle workspace.
