RingCentral
Collect customer feedback from RingCentral
What is RingCentral?
RingCentral is a cloud-based communication platform that integrates messaging, video conferencing, and phone services to streamline team collaboration and customer interactions.
Why should you connect RingCentral to Cycle: Key benefits
Automatically import call recordings from RingCentral and process them with Cycle's AI to spot insights such as sales objections, friction during the onboarding or other recurring product issues.
Cycle will let you search for snippets across all your call transcriptions to help you find the customer context you're looking for.
How the RingCentral integration works
When a call is recorded in RingCentral, the Cycle integration sends the call recording to your Cycle workspace along with call details such as transcript, speakers, and highlights. This creates a new feedback entry in Cycle, allowing users to extract product insights and further edit the entry as needed. You'll then get a dashboard with trends & patterns across all your call data
