How the Help Scout integration works

When a team member tags a conversation in Help Scout, feedback is sent directly to your Cycle workspace. Choose to send entire conversations or specific messages. Use content templates and custom properties to easily tag feedback.

This integration also fetches company information from Help Scout, providing the customer's metadata and context for each feedback item.

Quick setup

  1. Create an API Key: In Help Scout, go to your settings and generate a new API key.
  2. Set Up Webhooks: In Help Scout, create a new webhook to trigger on ticket creation with specific properties.
  3. Configure in Cycle: In Cycle, go to Integrations, select Help Scout, and enter your Help Scout API key and webhook URL.
  4. Test & Activate: Test the integration to ensure it's working correctly, then activate it.

Import historical data from Help Scout to Cycle
