Collect customer feedback from Google Docs

What is Google Docs?

Google Docs is a cloud-based word processing tool that enables real-time collaboration and seamless document sharing, enhancing team productivity and version control.

Why should you drop your Google Docs docs in Cycle?

Avoid losing track of your user interview notes or product meeting insights. Drop your Google Docs in Cycle and let AI find the juicy snippets.

Cycle's rich markdown editor will let you collaborate in real-time, embed Figma designs, Miro boards, Loom recordings, and more.

How the Google Docs integration works

Drag-n-drop your Google docs in Cycle's feedback island. Cycle will automatically grab its content and create a Cycle doc from it.

Quick setup

  1. Export your note file as PDF
  2. Drag-n-drop it in Cycle's feedback dropzone. We'll get your notes through OCR.

Import historical data from Google Docs to Cycle

Cycle's graphql API lets you easily import feedback in bulk. If you're migrating from another feedback tool or would like to create multiple feedback items at once, use the createFeedback mutation.
