Google Play Store
Collect software reviews from Google Play Store
What is Google Play Store?
The Google Play Store contains public app reviews about your products.
Why should you connect Google Play Store to Cycle: Key benefits
1. Centralize all software reviews from Google Play Store in a single source of truth.
2. Save time on processing incoming software reviews as Cycle's AI can process qualitative data for you.
3. Get a customer voice dashboard based on all your Google Play Store software reviews to get a macro view of what customers tell you.
How the Google Play Store integration works
When a customer submits a new software review (G2, Capterra, App Store, etc.), it gets automatically pushed to Cycle. Cycle's AI will extract product insights from the review and map relevant quotes to your roadmap items.
The customer will be linked to that feedback so the product team can reach out if they need more context. This also helps the product team close the loop with customers once they release a feature or update based on the review.
