Scaled Agile Framework
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a set of organizational patterns and best practices designed to help large enterprises efficiently and effectively develop and deliver software at scale. It provides a structured approach for managing multiple teams and aligning their work towards a common goal. In SAFe, work is organized into Agile Release Trains (ARTs), which are cross-functional teams that deliver value in fixed time increments called Program Increments (PIs). SAFe helps organizations achieve better collaboration, faster time-to-market, and improved quality by promoting transparency, continuous learning, and adaptability.
