Product Roadmapping Techniques
Product Roadmapping Techniques are strategies used by product managers to plan and prioritize the development of their products. These techniques help teams define and communicate their product vision, set goals, and map out the steps required to achieve them. One popular technique is the Kano Model, which helps identify and prioritize features based on their impact on customer satisfaction. Other techniques include Story Mapping, where features are organized into user flows, and the RICE Framework, which evaluates features based on their Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort.
