Product Portfolio Manager
A Product Portfolio Manager is like a conductor leading an orchestra of products. They oversee a company's entire product lineup, making sure each product is in tune with the company's overall strategy. Just as a conductor carefully selects and arranges the musical pieces for a performance, the Product Portfolio Manager decides which products to invest in and prioritizes their development. They also monitor how each product is performing, making adjustments as needed. It's their job to ensure that the company's product lineup is diverse, well-balanced, and aligned with the needs of the market.
