Dual Track Agile is a product development approach where there are two parallel tracks of work happening simultaneously. The first track is focused on discovery, where teams are conducting research, gathering user feedback, and identifying problems and opportunities. The second track is focused on delivery, where teams are building and iterating on the product based on the knowledge gained from the discovery track. This approach allows for continuous learning and adjustment throughout the development process, resulting in a better product-market fit.
