Backlog Grooming
Backlog grooming is the process of regularly reviewing and refining the product backlog in order to ensure that it is in the best possible shape for development. It's like tidying up your kitchen before you start cooking a meal – you want to make sure everything is organized, prioritized, and ready to be worked on.
During backlog grooming, the product manager and the development team work together to add, remove, and prioritize user stories or features based on feedback, changes in priorities, and new insights. It helps to prevent bottlenecks and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value to the users.
